Position Overview  The Underwriting Manager plays a key role in guiding the underwriting team to deliver a seamless, efficient, and client‑focused experience from application to policy issuance. This role combines leadership, operational excellence, and technical underwriting expertise ensuring every case is handled with precision and care. The successful candidate will also partner with senior leadership to grow a new revenue stream by extending the firm’s underwriting services to external agents and brokers.
