Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Manager, Corporate Accounting, on a fulltime permanent basis within our Corporate Accounting team in the Finance Business Unit. This position is a hybrid opportunity based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you’ll do:

Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, overseeing invoice processing, payments, and compliance with established policies and best practices across FCL, CRC, and the CRS.
Drive cross-functional collaboration by guiding the analysis, documentation, and redesign of current and future-state business processes to improve financial systems, reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.
Provide clear, timely communication and project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, offering expert guidance on financial systems, policies, and procedures while ensuring alignment across the organization.
Champion change management initiatives, including system implementations, testing, training, and adoption of new practices, while monitoring emerging system trends and risks impacting corporate accounting and financial reporting.
Contribute to strategic planning by, setting team goals, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating timelines, resources, and milestones for system-related projects.
Support daily banking and payment functions, including file transfers and bank reconciliations.
Who you’ll work with:
The Team:
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the CRS and report into the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting. This role directly leads four team members and provides indirect oversight to a broader group within the Corporate Accounting team. Operating with significant autonomy, you will manage day-to-day decisions independently while escalating complex or unusual matters as required.
