Join Trench Canada as a Senior Warehouse Supervisor for the afternoon shift. Lead logistics processes, ensure safety standards, and optimize inventory management.
This full-time role calls for a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor with over 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities include managing a team in logistics and materials management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and conducting safety audits. This position offers a blend of leadership challenges and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise compliance with federal and local warehousing regulations
• Implement and monitor warehouse procedures and processes
• Perform inventory counts and reconciliations
• Develop safety measures for the warehouse environment
• Train and oversee unionized warehouse staff
Requirements:
• Certification in materials management or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in logistics and inventory management
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds
