Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in strategic planning and policy formation

• Fulfill fiduciary duties and oversee financial integrity

• Monitor compliance with various regulatory standards

• Provide guidance to the Executive Director in governance matters

• Actively represent the Centre in community outreach

Requirements:

• Strong commitment to the wellness of Indigenous communities

• Comprehensive understanding of governance principles

• Willingness to complete Board Orientation

• Ability to ensure effective compliance management
