Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance Standards to lead engagement reviews and training initiatives. Drive quality improvements and maintain high standards across the firm.

Located in Saskatchewan, this role offers either remote, hybrid, or in-office work options. In this managerial position, you will oversee technical reviews, develop engagement templates, and handle complex queries from staff. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to implement corrective actions from practice inspections effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality reviews of engagement files

• Develop and maintain engagement templates

• Lead training sessions on technical standards

• Provide research-based solutions to technical queries

• Act as a liaison with CPA Saskatchewan and Baker Tilly Canada

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting at a managerial level

• Expertise in accounting and assurance standards

• Previous experience in quality control and team oversight

• Advanced communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to manage diverse projects effectively
