TSF and Infrastructure Superintendent Position

Location: North Battleford

Take charge as a Superintendent of TSF and Infrastructure with Centerra Gold at the Mount Milligan Mine in Fort St. James, BC. This critical role emphasizes leadership and operational efficiency in water management and infrastructure integrity.

In this position, the Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of all infrastructure related to tailings, water management, and dewatering systems. You will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while managing contractor activities and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations for TSF and water infrastructure

• Manage maintenance programs and critical inventory

• Coordinate dewatering system enhancements

• Ensure effective communication with senior leadership

• Participate in safety and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or similar qualification

• 10+ years in dewatering or mining operations

• Valid BC Mine Supervisor Certification needed

• Experience with pumps and pipelines

• Strong organizational and planning capabilities
