Join Worley as the Materials Management Lead for Major Projects. Ensure safe and efficient materials handling while supporting advanced energy projects.
In this role, you will lead all facets of materials execution in complex and high-risk projects. As the primary interface between materials handling and construction teams, you'll manage priorities, ensure readiness, and oversee safety protocols. Your strategic insight and leadership will be crucial to adapt materials management practices to project demands and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee materials activities throughout project phases
• Prioritize materials execution based on construction needs
• Foster communication between materials and project teams
• Handle resolution of safety and scheduling issues
• Continuously improve materials execution strategies
Requirements:
• 10+ years in materials management or similar roles
• Demonstrated success in major industrial projects
• Deep knowledge of materials logistics and control
• Ability to lead under pressure with clarity
• Proven expertise in risk management
