Take charge of customer service with a Clerical Supervisor role at the City of Saskatoon. Supervise a dedicated team to enhance service across multiple civic departments.
This position offers an 18-month term to guide customer service personnel in the Building Standards, Community Standards, and Planning and Development divisions. As the supervisor, you will ensure smooth operations by handling inquiries, managing records, and providing essential training to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and assign tasks to customer service staff efficiently
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly
• Manage complex filing operations and confidential documents
• Conduct staff training sessions and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement effective service procedures
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 and a diploma from a business college
• Five years of related office experience, including supervisory
• Proficiency in typing (minimum 55 w.p.m.)
• Familiarity with building design terminology is a plus
• Security check required before employment
