In this role, you will lead the project management team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure goals are met on schedule. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor project proposals to define critical requirements
• Ensure proper planning and execution of all projects
• Support Project Managers in maintaining effective client communication
• Develop and oversee execution work plans
• Lead training and performance management of project staff
Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field such as Project Management
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience in construction
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with business and construction software
