In this in-person role, the Program Manager will oversee daily operations under the Executive Director's guidance. You will supervise Team Leaders and Personal Support Workers, ensuring that services align with agency values and industry standards.
Your role is key in fostering a positive work culture and mentoring staff, while maintaining high client care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily service operations and quality delivery
• Supervise and mentor staff for optimal performance
• Manage staff scheduling and shift coverage effectively
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and evaluations for staff
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
• 3–5 years experience in social or health services
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills essential
• Clear criminal record and valid First Aid certification
