Drive impactful building projects with Graham as a Project Manager, leading efforts across healthcare, education, and residential sectors. Your focus will be on safety and quality. In this role, you’ll provide overall project leadership and management for various construction projects. You will ensure timely delivery and budget adherence while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and safety compliance. Mentorship of junior staff is part of your key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Supervise all phases of project lifecycle delivery
Control project budgets, costs, and schedules
Foster solid relationships with clients and stakeholders
Lead and manage project teams to drive performance
Ensure safety, health, environmental, and quality practices
Requirements 5+ years in direct and senior project management
Technical trade certificate or preferred Engineering Degree
Expertise in financial controls and contract management
Solid skills in estimating and project KPI oversight
Background in managing complex construction environments
