Lead residential services at Battlefords Residential Services Inc. as a Group Home Manager. Oversee support for individuals with disabilities while managing essential team operations.

BRSI is looking for a dedicated Group Home Manager with experience in working with individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. This role requires strong managerial and leadership skills while fostering a team environment. Key tasks include effective communication and time management, while ensuring personal care standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations of multiple group homes efficiently

• Supervise and direct staff while promoting teamwork

• Prioritize workload effectively and manage time well

• Maintain compliance with OH&S regulations and training

• Ensure all necessary certifications and checks are current

Requirements:

• Experience with individuals with disabilities in similar roles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Leadership ability to guide a diverse team

• Valid driver’s license and required certifications

• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
