This one-year contract role supports the Manager of Mainland Customer Experience & Marketing Planning. Key responsibilities include developing training materials, collaborating with internal and external teams, and coordinating race day logistics. Your strategic oversight will ensure Racing Ambassadors and Hosts deliver exceptional service and knowledge to enhance guest engagement during the Grand Opening and future events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on recruiting Racing Ambassadors and Racing Hosts
• Develop training materials on customer service and racing knowledge
• Create multimedia content for knowledge-sharing enhancements
• Prepare tailored race-day briefings for smooth operations
• Assess and assign roles based on individual strengths
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Experience in recruitment or event management
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication to manage diverse teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and content development tools
