Lead Service Supervisor

Position: Lead Service Supervisor Needed
Finning Canada seeks a dedicated Service Supervisor for our Saskatoon facility. Utilize strong leadership skills to enhance safety and efficiency in our operations.

This full-time, permanent role focuses on overseeing technician performance and ensuring adherence to safety standards. You will mentor team members through regular feedback, track productivity metrics, and manage daily operations. Effective communication is essential as you collaborate with technicians to resolve various operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols

• Conduct performance management and feedback sessions

• Monitor safety meetings and engage with staff

• Track KPIs related to productivity and customer satisfaction

• Facilitate timecard accuracy and documentation completion

Requirements:

• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities

• Journeyperson designation in relevant fields preferred

• At least 4 years’ experience with Caterpillar equipment

• Excellent business acumen and communication skills

• Familiarity with Job Hazard Analysis processes
