As the Tax Resource Management (RM) Leader, your primary responsibility will be to oversee resource deployment strategies for Tax professionals. You will lead the annual planning process, monitor operational performance, and actively engage in resolving staffing needs. Additionally, you will implement innovative staffing tools and train your team to adapt to technological changes within the Tax practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the comprehensive deployment of Tax resources
• Lead annual RM contributions to the financial strategy
• Analyze forecasts to assess operational performance
• Ensure timely review of open staffing needs
• Mentor the RM team toward continuous development
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in a resource management capacity
• Proven leadership experience in professional services
• Strong track record of process change management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to influence
