In this senior role, you will report to the MPAS Academic Director, overseeing the comprehensive admissions process for a new Master's program. Your experience will shape future healthcare professionals while ensuring alignment with educational standards and community needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and enhance admissions for the MPAS program
• Create and implement diversity-focused recruitment initiatives
• Ensure adherence to educational policies and accreditation requirements
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize data analysis to inform strategic admissions decisions
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant area or PA Studies
• Minimum of 10 years in clinical practice and admissions
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities
• Current certification or eligibility as a PA
