Chief Administrative Officer in Delisle

Location: Delisle

Lead the Town of Delisle as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) during a pivotal growth phase. This full-time role requires strategic leadership, complex project management, and collaboration with Council.

As the CAO, you will steer the organization through significant development efforts, enhancing municipal operations and services. This position entails working closely with developers, staff, and partners to realize the community's vision and manage growth pressures effectively. You will play a vital role in financial planning, asset management, and fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the statutory administrative head under The Municipalities Act

• Provide advice and recommendations to Mayor and Council

• Implement Council policies and strategic priorities professionally

• Foster efficiency across municipal services and operations

• Represent the Town in discussions on development projects

Requirements:

• Standard Certificate issued by Urban Board of Examiners

• Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan municipal legislation

• Experience in financial management and capital projects

• Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline

• Proven organizational leadership skills
