Take on a pivotal role as a Specification & Pipeline Manager at Masco Canada in St. Thomas, ON. This hybrid position is key to driving specification growth in the Heavy Commercial team.
As a Specification & Pipeline Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining lead management and optimizing the specification process for Delta Commercial. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure a successful pipeline from lead qualification to order fulfillment. This role focuses on the power of strategic insights in enhancing specification practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish systems for tracking and reporting on specifications
• Partner with sales agencies to craft compelling specifications
• Unlock industry insights to accelerate business growth
• Oversee project specification transitions for opportunity capture
• Implement agile improvements in pipeline processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in specification or project management
• Familiar with Master Spec and other specification tools
• Strong data analysis and resource planning skills
• Proven track record in communication and teamwork
