Key Responsibilities:
• Drive project management practices within the Energy and Resources sector
• Recommend process improvements to enhance project monitoring
• Manage complex projects while adhering to budget and schedule
• Support Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) practices
• Lead recruitment and development of project managers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing complex projects
• Strong financial and contract management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
