As a key member of the team, you will coordinate on-site restoration activities while leading diverse crews to maintain high safety and quality standards. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of reconstruction practices and the ability to read and interpret building plans. You will serve as the vital link between project managers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues proactively and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate restoration activities and lead working crews

• Ensure projects meet company and IICRC standards

• Review work scopes and adjust plans as needed

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders

• Uphold safety practices and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in construction or restoration

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Xactimate

• Clean driver's license and driving abstract

• Ability to perform physical labor and climb ladders

• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
