Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, you will supervise a team of approximately four individuals within a larger team of 25. Your expertise in fertilizer and industrial markets is vital as you oversee order entry, invoicing, and product allocation management, impacting over $7.0B in revenue. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to improve systems and expand the customer portal for a seamless transaction experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise in sales-related transactions and decision-making
• Supervise accuracy of order-to-cash transactions systems
• Maintain customer master data accuracy and timeliness
• Address urgent operational issues outside business hours
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Business or related field
• 8+ years in finance and 5+ years managing a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detailed SAP or ERP understanding
• Passion for coaching and leading diverse teams
