As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Sales Team Lead to organize, lead, and develop our sales team while ensuring consistent performance and predictable growth. This role is focused on team leadership, performance management, and enablement, with the expectation that the Sales Team Lead stays close enough to execution to effectively support team results when needed. You’ll report to the Director of Sales and work closely with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure a strong and consistent client acquisition experience.
