Brand Manager

Position: ONroute Brand Manager Opportunity
Location: Martensville

Become a pivotal part of ONroute as a Brand Manager in Mallorytown, Ontario. Lead daily operations and ensure top-notch service while meeting financial goals and brand standards.

As the ONroute Brand Manager, you will oversee operations at our travel centres while collaborating closely with the plaza team. Your responsibilities include managing inventory, hiring and training staff, and maintaining superior customer service. Your ability to deliver results will positively impact our numerous visitors each year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to meet sales targets

• Manage ordering and inventory processes

• Hire, train, and coach crew members

• Ensure compliance with brand and customer service standards

• Act as Manager-in-Charge when needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in supervisory or management roles

• Experience with food and beverage operations

• Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation to and from the plaza
