Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a national sales team to exceed objectives
• Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team
• Analyze and execute a comprehensive ROC business plan
• Monitor performance and implement targeted actions
• Communicate insights to leadership on market conditions
Requirements:
• University degree in Science or Business
• 3-5 years of sales management experience
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Valid driver's license and travel capability
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
