Become an integral part of The Centre in Saskatoon as an Assistant General Manager. Lead a dedicated team and enhance member experiences while promoting health and fitness.
This role focuses on onboarding and developing sales associates who will help members achieve fitness goals. You will educate your team on sales strategies and support the daily management of the club. With your leadership, you'll create an inclusive and empowering environment for both staff and members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training of sales team
• Educate team members in sales and relationship building
• Assist General Manager in day-to-day club management
• Ensure a welcoming space for all club members
• Drive initiatives that contribute to financial health
Requirements:
• Previous sales background is beneficial
• Capability to set and achieve team objectives
• Success in motivating diverse groups
• Genuine passion for fitness and wellness
