As part of the Integrated Project Management Team, you will lead projects aimed at doubling potash production at K+S Potash Canada. This role involves supervising multidisciplinary teams, maintaining compliance with project standards, and communicating effectively with clients and internal leadership. Your leadership will play a crucial role in ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning to operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Serve as the principal point of contact for clients
• Supervise and guide project teams towards deadlines
• Report on project risks and performance metrics
Requirements:
• 10 to 15 years in project management roles
• Engineering degree or diploma preferred
• Experience in heavy industrial or energy projects
• Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills
• Commitment to fostering a culture of safety
