In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the Enterprise Project Management Office, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. Your responsibilities include defining the PMO operating model, establishing governance standards, and guiding strategic execution across various initiatives. You will partner closely with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team to ensure effective communication and project visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and operate the Enterprise PMO with clear governance
• Lead top enterprise initiatives with executive sponsors
• Manage project intake and maintain portfolio visibility
• Build project dashboards for executive reporting
• Standardize PMO tools and templates for improved execution
Requirements:
• 7+ years of project management experience
• 3-5 years in PMO leadership and enterprise program management
• Proven ability to deliver complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Mastery of PM data visualization and Microsoft tools
