Step into a leadership role as a Solids Control Field Leader at Stage 3 in Canada. This position focuses on operational excellence, team supervision, and safety management in solids control.
You will oversee and mentor a team of field technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficiency in all operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop field technicians with hands-on mentorship
• Ensure efficient daily operations and safety practices
• Collaborate across teams for seamless service delivery
• Maintain responsibility for all site activities and readiness
• Submit weekly updates to Area Manager regarding staff performance
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in Solids Control field operations
• Supervisory experience managing field personnel
• Cultivation of a strong safety culture
• Experience in overseeing rig operations
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
