Location: North Battleford

In the role of Track Operations Supervisor, your leadership will be crucial in overseeing track inspection and maintenance operations. You will guide a team of track employees, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, and managing budgets effectively.
Your role will also involve performing safety audits, responding to emergency situations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise engineering operations in an assigned territory
• Manage compliance with Transport Canada guidelines
• Conduct investigations and address grievances
• Directly communicate track conditions to senior management
• Plan and execute track maintenance schedules
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in safety compliance
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
• Strong background in budget management
• Labour Relations experience with unions
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
Lead track safety and efficiency initiatives at CN while supervising skilled teams and operations.
