Program Manager for Transitional

Position: Program Manager for Transitional Living
Make a difference as Program Manager at Larkin Street Youth Services supporting young adults exiting homelessness in San Mateo. Lead operations, staff development, and provide quality services in a supportive environment.

As a full-time Program Manager, you'll oversee the San Mateo THP Plus Program within a collaborative setting. Your responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising staff while ensuring safety and effective service delivery to transition-aged youth. You'll foster strong relationships with community partners and engage in program development, evaluation, and staff mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily program operations and services for youth

• Supervise staff and ensure a safe, supportive environment

• Oversee best practices in service delivery

• Coordinate intakes, assessments, and scheduling

• Facilitate recruitment and training of program staff

Requirements:

• Passion for ending youth homelessness

• Case Management experience with Transitional Aged Youth

• Proven leadership skills in service roles

• Strong organizational and compassionate qualities

• Willingness for on-call responsibilities and occasional holidays

Lead impactful service delivery for at-risk youth through Larkin Street's mission in South San Francisco.
