The Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for managing risk and compliance programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic insights to mitigate risks. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and expertise in risk and compliance management.

• Manage risk and compliance programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve compliance processes.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  7-10 years of experience in risk and compliance management.
• Skills:
  
  Analytical Thinking Business Innovation Communication Compliance Programs Detail-Oriented End-to-End Project Management General Operations Management Prioritization Professional Collaboration Regulatory Compliance Management Regulatory Requirements Report Development Reporting and Analysis Risk Analysis Risk Assessments Risk Management.
• Certifications:
  
  Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP) preferred.
