FLINT is seeking an experienced professional to manage complex environmental projects and drive business development in the ARRC services. Your expertise will be pivotal in overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Support junior staff through mentorship while fostering strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full project lifecycle from planning to execution
• Lead diverse project teams and coordinate technical resources
• Monitor project scope, financial performance, and quality objectives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for business growth
• Develop proposals and strategic growth initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in environmental science or engineering
• 12+ years in environmental consulting, especially in Alberta
• Proven experience managing complex projects and client relationships
• Strong knowledge of Alberta regulatory practices
• Ability to mentor junior staff and drive project success
