In this pivotal role, you will be key in managing a portfolio of new build nuclear projects, reporting to the Sr. Director. Your responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, managing project execution schedules, and leading continuous improvement efforts across the organization’s nuclear initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project schedules and priorities
• Lead cross-functional teams for project success
• Identify constructability and planning issues
• Prepare site layout plans for optimal execution
• Track team performance and ensure quality standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or diploma in engineering or management
• 15+ years of project management in construction
• Knowledge of nuclear project standards and trends
• Leadership skills with client relationship experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
