Join FLINT as a Senior Environmental Project Manager, driving Assessment, Remediation, Reclamation, and Closure services in Alberta and Saskatchewan. This full-time position involves project oversight, client engagement, and mentorship opportunities.
As part of FLINT's expanding ARRC team, you will lead complex environmental projects, ensuring they are delivered safely and within regulatory frameworks.
Your role encompasses managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation while facilitating business growth initiatives. Success in this position involves strong client communication, effective team leadership, and continuous improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of environmental project delivery
• Coordinate project teams and technical advisors for success
• Evaluate project performance and financial metrics
• Maintain client relationships and identify further opportunities
• Support proposal development and operational excellence initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or related discipline
• 12+ years of consulting experience in environmental projects
• Established success managing complex projects and budgets
• Comprehensive understanding of Alberta's environmental regulations
• Mentorship experience for junior and intermediate staff
