As part of Stantec’s multidisciplinary Buildings team, you’ll take charge of project management from initiation through closeout. Engage with clients and stakeholders while managing budgets, risks, and operational aspects to achieve project goals. Your leadership will directly impact client satisfaction and project quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project scope, budget, and timeline effectively
• Lead meetings and secure client engagement
• Calculate project performance and quality metrics
• Document and maintain project records
• Promote initiatives to enhance workplace safety
Requirements:
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Five years of experience in managing varied projects
• Proficient in risk assessment and quality management
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of multidisciplinary team integration
