GFL Specialized Services Team Leader

Oversee impactful projects as a Team Leader in Specialized Services ance safety protocols and lead a qualified team to exceed client expectations.

In this role, the Team Leader will manage a dedicated team, focusing on significant undertakings within GFL. Your responsibilities will include leading safety protocols, training staff, and managing critical industrial projects. Engagement with clients during site visits will be essential to ensure operational success and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce GFL’s safety and service guidelines

• Supervise major service operations and project execution

• Coach and develop technician capabilities

• Lead environmental remediation and incident response

• Track and report project metrics to management

Requirements:

• Experience in supervising industrial teams

• Valid certifications in safety and hazardous materials

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Capability to handle long hours and travel requirements

• Familiarity with environmental regulations and practices
