Drive the revitalization of The Willows Club as General Manager in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This role merges leadership in operations with strategic renovation initiatives.
The Willows Club, a semi-private golf club owned by Dream, seeks a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and transform the guest experience. Collaborating on significant renovations, you will help reimagine the 18-hole course and modernize clubhouse facilities. As a highly engaged leader, you will build and maintain relationships with members and ensure that all team members deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage club operations and daily service quality
• Guide the transition during club renovations
• Build relationships with members and staff
• Facilitate communication with Dream’s leadership
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and golf services
Requirements:
• Experience in general management or club operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Background in leading teams through change
• Knowledge of golf or hospitality services is beneficial
