Take the helm as General Manager of The Willows Club in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Lead operational success during an exciting redesign and enhancement phase.
Join The Willows Club as the General Manager, overseeing all aspects of operations in this semi-private golf club. In partnership with Dream, you will play a significant role in the renovation of the course and clubhouse facilities. Your focus will revolve around creating exceptional member experiences, maintaining open lines of communication, and guiding your team through the club's evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily club operations and services
• Participate in the planning of renovations and redesigns
• Strengthen relationships with members and staff
• Act as the communication link with Dream’s management team
• Deliver high-quality golf and hospitality experiences
Requirements:
• Previous experience in general club management
• Excellent leadership and communication capabilities
• History of managing operational budgets and teams
• Experience with facility renovations preferred
• Familiarity with golf services and member engagement
