In this role, you will oversee the CPPFE's overall operation and direction under the guidance of the Director of Conservation. You will convert strategic objectives into multi-year work plans while ensuring that programs align with partner needs and funding commitments. Your leadership will directly impact capacity-building initiatives with various agencies and communities across Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct program planning and coordinated initiatives
• Manage partnerships with diverse stakeholders
• Supervise team members and lead performance monitoring
• Align financial systems with operational goals
• Prepare for long-term sustainability efforts
Requirements:
• Strong program management background
• Leadership experience is essential
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with conservation practices preferred
• Ability to develop and manage budgets
