Water Operations Coordinator

This pivotal position focuses on supervising the Water Treatment Plant operations group under the Water Operations Manager's guidance. You’ll utilize your leadership skills to train staff, manage maintenance activities, and conduct safety meetings. This role also involves coordinating shutdown procedures and updating operating manuals to maintain compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule Water Treatment Plant staff

• Provide training and leadership to operations employees

• Coordinate maintenance activities with maintenance staff

• Lead daily safety meetings and work coordination

• Update operating procedures and safety documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field plus five years of leadership experience

• Class 4 Water Treatment Operator Certification

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Knowledge of water treatment and safety procedures

• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s Licence
