In this pivotal leadership position, you'll be accountable to the Director of Early Learning and Sports, ensuring the effective delivery of ELCC services throughout Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise and coach ELCC staff
• Plan and evaluate innovative child care programs
• Oversee financial management of budgets and reports
• Develop policies to support compliance and effectiveness
• Cultivate relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
• ECE Level III certification, diploma, or degree
• Five years in early learning or community services
• Two years of supervisory management experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Successful Criminal Record Check completion
