Under the leadership of the Water Operations Manager, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of the plant operations team. This role demands an experienced leader who can adapt processes and provide training to maintain high standards of operation. You will also liaise between operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Water Treatment Plant operations and staff
• Administer training and oversee conflict resolutions
• Liaise between operations and maintenance for coordination
• Conduct daily safety meetings and compliance checks
• Lead updates to safety and operational manuals
Requirements:
• Degree in related field with five years of leadership experience
• Class 4 Water Treatment Operator Certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Extensive knowledge of water treatment methodologies
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s Licence
