Ads Specialist

We are currently seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid advertising platforms and be able to plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads and social media channels. This role requires a data-focused mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate campaign performance into clear insights and improvements.

We specialize in Paid Advertising, SEO, Web Design, Word Press Development, and Social Media Marketing, working with clients across multiple industries.

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for conversions, lead quality, and return on ad spend
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis for paid campaigns
• Create and refine ad copy, headlines, and extensions to improve performance and Quality Score
• Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient spend and consistent results
• Prepare performance reports and analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
• Identify opportunities for A/B testing, scaling winning campaigns, and reducing wasted spend
• Collaborate with internal team members including designers, SEO specialists, and developers
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve landing pages and conversion rates
• Stay up to date with paid advertising trends, platform changes, and best practices
• Assist with other marketing-related tasks as required

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of Google Ads and PPC best practices
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and making data‑driven decisions
• Solid experience working with Word Press websites and landing pages
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
• Some experience with creative tools such as Canva or Photoshop is an asset
