Leverage your analytical prowess in the Customer Insights Manager role n remotely from anywhere in Canada to optimize the customer journey through data insights.
In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive insights that direct product marketing strategies and elevate customer engagement. As part of Stack Adapt's marketing team, you’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders to establish effective reporting mechanisms. Your analytical mindset will help decipher complex datasets, translate them into actionable recommendations, and inform strategic marketing planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish standardized tracking across customer education and launches
• Build dashboards to visualize customer engagement metrics
• Identify key trends driving customer retention and expansion
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively
• Collaborate with product marketing and customer success teams
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in analytics or insights within data-driven marketing
• Skilled in SQL and dashboard creation
• AI fluency for data exploration
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
