This position involves coordinating public informational programs across Northern Rural Saskatchewan. The ideal candidate will possess a background in psychology or social work, with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of mental illness and the health system.
Your role will include volunteer training, program evaluations, and community networking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, coordinate, and train volunteers
• Conduct advertising and media outreach
• Research and compile informational materials
• Gather statistics and measure program outcomes
• Facilitate presentations and participate in committees
Requirements:
• BA in Psychology, RPN/RN, or BSW
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Public speaking abilities are advantageous
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required
