In this position, you will be instrumental in assisting individuals and families during the Gifts of Hope registration process. By conducting assessments and maintaining accurate records, you will ensure that services are delivered efficiently and compassionately. Collaborating with various agencies, you will verify eligibility, facilitate referrals, and train volunteers participating in the program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate registration days in collaboration with the Casework Manager
• Assist in participant intake and data entry processes
• Liaise with partner organizations for resource sharing
• Provide statistical reporting using Microsoft Excel
• Organize and manage registration venues and IT needs
Requirements:
• High school diploma; social services education is an asset
• One year of community services experience required
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
• Must possess a valid BC Class “5” driver’s license
• Experience in program development and community networking
