Hybrid Senior Coordinator Position

Join Canadian Red Cross as a Senior Coordinator! Drive volunteer efforts and enhance service delivery in the Friendly Calls Program across Saskatchewan.

In this hybrid role, you will lead the execution of friendly and wellness calls to participants aged 18+, coordinating a volunteer workforce of around 140-180 individuals. You will ensure service effectiveness through robust record-keeping and documentation. Developing relationships with other community organizations will be key to promoting service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate wellness calls to Saskatchewan participants

• Oversee volunteer coordination and training

• Maintain essential program records and resources

• Build community outreach and partnerships

• Create individual and team work plans for volunteers

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years experience with relevant certification

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong program/service coordination experience

• Excellent communication and empathy skills

• Valid driver's license; some travel required
