Position: Toy Distribution Coordinator with The Salvation Army
Join The Salvation Army as the Toy Distribution Coordinator, making a difference for families in need this Christmas season. Bring your organizational skills to coordinate the Gifts of Hope Toy Room.

As a key member of the team, you will coordinate the Gifts of Hope Toy Room Program at The Salvation Army. This position encompasses organizing toy drives, maintaining supplies, and overseeing the distribution process. You will also handle registrant evaluations and manage essential data using Microsoft 365 tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and promote toy drives in the community

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of toy rooms

• Assist in processing registrants for the program

• Train volunteers to support distribution efforts

• Prepare briefing reports for leadership

Requirements:

• Community College Diploma in human services or equivalent

• Two years of casework experience in social services

• Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office

• Valid BC Class “5” driver’s license

• Networking experience with community organizations
