Engagement-Focused Development Officer

In collaboration with the Director of Development and Engagement, you will be responsible for executing the annual fundraising initiatives. This role is ideal for an organized individual who excels in managing multiple priorities and builds strong relationships with funders for sustained revenue growth. Your efforts will directly influence donor engagement and organizational financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of Fund Development Plan with campaign coordination

• Identify and research potential donors and sponsors

• Build and strengthen relationships with funders for repeat donations

• Evaluate fundraising performance and assist in outcomes reporting

• Research and prepare grant applications to meet funder needs

Requirements:

• Experience in fundraising, development, or related roles
