Position: Senior Coordination Role with Community Focus
Empower communities with the Canadian Red Cross as a Senior Coordinator. Oversee the Friendly Calls Program in a hybrid work environment.

As a key figure in this role, you will manage the Friendly Calls Program by facilitating wellness calls and coordinating a vibrant team of volunteers across Saskatchewan. Your ability to analyze data and foster relationships will be vital in promoting program initiatives and enhancing community outreach. You will also create actionable plans for volunteer development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate friendly and wellness calls throughout Saskatchewan

• Train and support volunteer resources effectively

• Ensure accurate maintenance of databases and records

• Develop partnerships for community outreach

• Create structured plans for volunteer and program success

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience with relevant diploma

• Mastery of Microsoft Office and other databases

• Proven experience in program/service management

• Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting abilities

• Must hold a valid driver's license for travel
